Shonebarger General LLC&nbsp;Trim Carpenter &amp; Punch Out&nbsp;At Shonebarger General LLC, we are looking for a motivated Trim Carpenter / Punch Out to join our crew. You will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of our construction projects. If you're passionate about construction, value a supportive team environment, and thrive on taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we want to meet you!&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Interior and Exterior trim and finish carpentry&nbsp;</li><li>Assess and complete punch list items, including minor repairs.&nbsp;</li><li>Decking and Railings&nbsp;</li><li>Exterior Siding &amp; Trim&nbsp;</li><li>Handle site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Repair and install fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors and more.&nbsp;</li><li>Run errands for materials and supplies with a clear understanding of the project requirements. </li><li>Safely load, unload, and materials on-site.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in trim carpentry.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with basic tools and construction techniques&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage punch lists and oversee project completion&nbsp;</li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow directions, think critically, and work independently when needed. </li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.&nbsp;</li></ul>Compensation:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive pay range: $20.00 - $30.00 hr based on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Company-provided vehicle and gas card.&nbsp;</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.&nbsp;</li><li>Be part of a dedicated, close-knit team working on high-quality projects.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience in a variety of construction disciplines.</li></ul>
